Our Natural Medicine Practitioners
Lynore Martinez, MD
Dr. Lynore Martinez was born and raised in New Mexico. She grew up in Espanola and attended the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque. Dr. Martinez completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, Texas, in 1996. Dr. Martinez was extensively trained in advanced operative laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. She was in private practice at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas, Texas, for five years prior to making the decision to return home to Santa Fe where she has practiced since September 2000. She takes extreme pride in being able to offer the latest technologies in minimally invasive treatments for her patients.
Rebecca Fredman, AGNP-C
Rebecca is a board certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in the care of women of all ages. Her clinical interests include wellness promotion, medical weight loss, contraceptive counseling, and treatment of complex gynecologic/endocrine conditions including pelvic pain & polycystic ovarian syndrome. She believes in a holistic approach to medical care emphasizing the partnership between patient & provider as a means to achieving long term health and wellness. Rebecca completed her Nurse Practitioner training at the University of Vermont, and practiced in New England and the Pacific Northwest before returning to her home state of New Mexico.
Brenda Hart, RN
Nursing Supervisor
Brenda Hart, RN was born and raised in Santa Fe. She graduated with a degree in Nursing from the College of Santa Fe in 1982.
Brenda has been practicing as a nurse in the field of obstetrics and gynecology for 26 years, and has been working with Dr. Lynore Martinez since 2000. She also provides oversight to the nursing and medical assistant staff at Santa Fe Ob/GYN.
Dena Moes, CNM
Certified Nurse Midwife
Dena Moes, CNM earned a Masters of Science from Yale School of Nursing and has 25 years of experience in women’s health. She has worked in hospitals, health clinics, and had her own home birth practice in California for 12 years. She provides personalized, compassionate care for pregnancy and beyond, as well as gynecological services, well-woman exams, family planning and birth control, STI testing and treatment, weight loss management, and more.
Her areas of expertise include prenatal & postpartum care, well woman GYN, family planning & contraception, and adolescent reproductive health, including birth control as well as STI testing, treatment, and prevention. When not at the office, Dena can be found soaking in hot springs, playing her guitar, or working on her latest novel.
